The National Selection Committee also chose two boys and two girls from the field to add to the junior team for this upcoming season. The committee chose Andrew Koff, who tied for the 4th spot, but lost in a rolloff, and Kyle King to join the boys. They chose Danielle McEwan and Liz Seibel to join the girls. There are still four more roster spots open to bowlers in the team USA trials.

  2. I have developed a new concept in Bowling Tournaments. I am running trials currently and am looking for bowling centers to participate. I offer daily tournaments. Currently there are three events that I run. One is withing the bowling center itself. This is a free event that a bowling center can run using scores from all of the bowlers in league play. The details of the tournament are on the website. http://www.potbowling.com. The other two events run daily as well, but will use scores from participating bowling centers from all over the U. S. This is free for now, but the goal is to award cash prizes derived from 80% of a $6 entry fee (for each event). The events would be based on the odds of winning. Winner take all and 1 winner for every 40 participants. I do not plan to introduce the fee based events until the code is stable and the bowlers understand how it works. Until then, all three events will be free (no prizes however). The local event will always be free and can be run by the house at no cost to them. They control whether to charge entry fee’s or keep the event free to the bowlers while offering house prizes for top teams. (the program makes the teams).

I hope that your bloggers will take a moment to look it over and send me comments and suggestions. Thanks for your time. Jim Yeatrakas

  4. I am sorry. I thought this was a NEW post. I did not intend to do this. Please feel free to delete these messages. One thing though, when we start the fee based, 10% of my proceeds go to YABA and Jr. Bowling programs.
